Expediting & Approvals

We have dedicated staff to help guide and prepare all applications for filing, including New Buildings, Alterations, Landmarks, Place of Assembly, Fire Alarm and all work types with DOB NOW. Our firm has developed RFIs and project trackers for each filing that streamline and collect accurate information from each party.

Consulting

CORE has the unique ability to advise its clients on all code and zoning matters, as our three principals are licensed architects with over 30 years of combined experience in the field. Our services include quality control of drawings, energy and building code review, bulk and zoning analysis and land use reviews.

Violations

Our Violations Department can assist in resolving and dismissing all violation types, including ECB, attending OATH hearings and DOB and FDNY violations. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean bill of health for your buildings. We work efficiently and quickly in resolving stop-work orders and removing violations that would otherwise delay construction and project sign-offs.

Permits

Whether securing new building or alteration permits, clients will receive the same coordination and communication to ensure permits are issued in a timely fashion. Working closely with the design professionals and owners throughout the approval process and coordinating required items allow a seamless permit process.

Project Close-Out / Sign Offs

Once your project has been approved and permitted, your dedicated project manager will start to track and monitor project sign-off. This includes coordinating with all design professionals, special inspectors, owners and third-party consultants to ensure all documents are obtained, inspections scheduled and required items are received by the DOB.
