1 Archer Avenue is a mixed-use development located in Jamaica Queens. The building totals 326,528 square footage across all 24 floors and accommodates 315 residential units plus a ground-floor commercial space.
The project development team was seeking a fragmented TCO for multiple phases of the project, while ongoing construction was happening in other areas. CORE was able to leverage our relationships, capabilities, and expertise to deliver the fractionalized TCO in record time for floors 5 through 12 and the lobby space. CORE provided expediting services for the DOB approvals, permit and certificate of occupancy process.
299 E 161st Street
299 East 161 Street is a ground-up mixed-use multifamily property located in the Bronx and less than a mile away from Yankee Stadium. The building totals 144,450 square footage across all 12 floors and accommodates 155 residential units plus a ground-floor commercial space. CORE provided code consulting and expediting services for all DOB filings and approvals, permits, and certificate of occupancy process.
Highbridge Development
1387 University Avenue is a ground-up mixed-use property located in the Bronx. The property accommodates three separate housing conditions all within the same building: supportive housing, affordable housing and a transitional DHS shelter. The development totals 400,000 square footage across 26 floors and accommodates 406 total units. CORE provided code consulting and expediting services for all DOB filings & approvals.
