1100 Myrtle Avenue is a ground-up mixed-use multifamily development located in Brooklyn. The building totals 303,263 square footage across 12 floors and accommodates a fresh food supermarket space on the ground floor. The project development team was seeking a fragmented TCO for multiple phases of the project while ongoing construction was happening in other areas. CORE was able to leverage relationships, capabilities and expertise to deliver the fractionalized TCO in record time for the ground floor food bazaar supermarket space. CORE provided code consulting & expediting services for all DOB & MTA approvals, permits, and certificate of occupancy processes.
